Taylor Made produced a unique customizable golf club which required a unique online representation. Working with their in house US design team we designed and built my original concept of allowing the user to customize the weight and balance configuration in real time 3D. This online presentation was used to launch the driver to the press and public worldwide.

Sony Europe

Role: Lead creative and interactive strategy

When Sony launched the H20DVC camcorder they wanted a digital experience that immersed the user into a world of 3D visuals and sound. The solution was to create a virtual 3D environment where the user got to record footage at a funfair, edit on their laptop, then watch in surround sound on their home theatre system. This approach enabled us to showcase the whole Sony range in one seamless user journey.

This interactive applet demonstrated how the Orange 3G Datacard can give internet users fast download speeds on the move. This was illustrated in two scenarios, one for business and the other for leisure. These represented Orange’s key business areas.

Orange SPV E100

Role: Art direction and interactive concept

As part of a sales campaign SPV phones were shipped containing a Time Out city guide memory card. The user played the role of tourist exploring Barcelona using their phone as a personal tour guide. The success of this project secured Holomatix as a full service supplier on Orange’s official creative agency list.

Orange Nokia 3300

Role: Art direction and interactive concept

The Nokia 3300 was branded “The music phone” by Orange. Our online solution to promote this handset was to pitch it to customers as the opposite to their current phone. Instead of capturing your surrounding environment with a camera phone, we said this phone transformed your dull surroundings via music, games and other downloadable entertainment.

Nike Turbo Shox

Role: Concept creation & art direction

We had the opportunity to pitch a micro site idea to Nike in order to promote the new line of Turbo Shox trainers.
The concept built on the idea of the road running shoe being placed on a highway. The user would navigate back and forth along the road depending on the shoe feature they wanted to explore.

Nike Quest V-12

Role: Interactive animation design

Based on the positive response from Nike regarding the Shox pitch, we were asked to design the interactive skate section for Nike’s new hockey range launch in North America. The micro site combines 2D and 3D interactive elements were the user can deconstruct the skate to unlock the technology it is built on.

Vodafone Live!

Role: Interactive strategy and design

Vodafone’s key target market was 16-25 year olds so their online offering had to be young, vibrant and engaging. This visual displays a viral concept I conceived which allows the user to move their phone around a group of people, take a picture then email it to a friend with a humorous message.
